Fusion Integrated Services Cooperative (Fusion) was conceptualized to provide flexible work force for the company while improving the work arrangement with its workers. Its main feature is to develop a win-win scenario for both the client company and the employees. Fusion is designed to provide better alternative to the growing number of ineffective and costly casual (5-month) employment. Its objective is to assist the employees get a more stable and reliable job in the midst of declining employment and distressed economy.
Fusion was organized by a group of retired and employed professionals out of advocacy to help displaced employees. Its organizers came from different field of discipline (Human Resource, Legal, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Relations, etc.) who shared their talents to develop a cooperative that is managed and operated by professionals.
Fusion values professionalism, legal compliance, and adherence to the true spirit of cooperativism. It protects the interest of its clients and the rights of its workers. Fusion developed job contracting systems and HR processes that adapt to its clients needs which in turn create productivity and cost effectiveness.
Fusion Integrated Services Cooperative provides solutions to the companies demand for productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Fusion supports the Department of Labor and Employment in implementing full compliance of job contracting regulations. It is duly licensed under the Cooperative Development Authority (License No. N-524-6913) and registered with the Department of Labor and Employment (NCRQCFO-7491-0211-012). Fusion takes pride in engaging only with reputable and legally compliant client-companies.
Fusion provides job contracting services with the following benefits:
- Service providers deployed to client-company are not limited to six months period. They are either regular employees of Fusion or contractual employees that are co-terminus to the contract between the client and Fusion. They can be removed from the company if they could not deliver the job expectations.
- The performance of the workers is periodically appraised (monthly or quarterly) to assess their effectiveness and efficiency.
- There is no need to recruit, orient, and train workers every six months.
- Efficiency and productivity is maintained and learning curve of new workers are minimized
- Ease of management is attained through lesser administrative works and employee processing.
- Payroll processing and benefits delivery are done by Fusion.
- Employee disciplinary processes and labor cases are responsibilities of Fusion.
- Trainings are provided by Fusion.
- Education on job contracting of client-company and their managers are free of charge, courtesy of Fusion.
- Client-company is protected from employees' complaints and labor cases.
