Fusion Integrated Services Cooperative (Fusion) was conceptualized to provide flexible work force for the company while improving the work arrangement with its workers. Its main feature is to develop a win-win scenario for both the client company and the employees. Fusion is designed to provide better alternative to the growing number of ineffective and costly casual (5-month) employment. Its objective is to assist the employees get a more stable and reliable job in the midst of declining employment and distressed economy.
Service providers deployed to client-company are not limited to six months period. They are either regular employees of Fusion or contractual employees that are co-terminus to the contract between the client and Fusion. They can be removed from the company if they could not deliver the job expectations.
The performance of the workers is periodically appraised (monthly or quarterly) to assess their effectiveness and efficiency.
There is no need to recruit, orient, and train workers every six months.
Efficiency and productivity is maintained and learning curve of new workers are minimized.
Ease of management is attained through lesser administrative works and employee processing.
Payroll processing and benefits delivery are done by Fusion.
Employee disciplinary processes and labor cases are responsibilities of Fusion.
Trainings are provided by Fusion.
Education on job contracting of client-company and their managers are free of charge, courtesy of Fusion.
Client-company is protected from employees' complaints and labor cases.
